S.A.G.E. — Safety and Gait Enhancement

The S.A.G.E. program is designed to reduce the risk of injury from falls by improving balance and mobility skills. The program involves an initial assessment by our licensed physical therapists, weekly therapy sessions for 4-8 weeks, and a customized exercise program to do at home daily.
