Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit – Acute Rehabilitation
Our inpatient rehabilitation program is available to those who meet the following admission criteria:

• Medical condition is stable.
• Need for 24 hour medical and nursing care.
• Potential for functional improvement.
• Motivated to participate in the rehabilitation program.
• Need for at least two types of therapy on a daily basis (Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Language).
• The ability to tolerate three hours of therapy at least five days per week.
• Any insurance specific criteria as defined by your insurance provider.
• Private insurances and Medicaid require pre-authorization prior to admission, Medicare does not.

Outpatient Programs
Outpatient services require a referral from a physician or provider.
