Industrial Rehabilitation Program

The Industrial Rehabilitation Program at Northwest Hospital includes the following:

  • Work Conditioning: A program designed to increase strength and physical endurance required for safe return to work.
  • Work Hardening: An individualized, job-specific therapy program that consists of progressive exercise and simulated work activities required for return to work.
  • Physical Capacity Evaluation: Evaluation of physical strength, joint flexibility and endurance following injury or accident.

The program involves assessments by occupational and physical therapists.
