Billing
When you visit Northwest Hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging department or the Seattle Breast Center, you may receive more than one bill. Northwest Hospital & Medical Center or your outpatient imaging center will bill for the services provided. Additionally, the radiologist interpreting your test will generate a separate bill from Via Radiology. We encourage you or your physician’s office to contact your insurance company to determine if pre-authorization is needed for diagnostic imaging procedures.
