Dr. Hsu is board-certified in orthopedic surgery. He received his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY, followed by a residency in orthopedic surgery at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO and a fellowship in sports medicine/arthroscopic surgery Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Hsu's special interests include arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery for sports injuries of the shoulder, elbow, and knee, including arthroscopic rotator cuff and shoulder instability repairs; ligament reconstructions, including elbow ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction; "Tommy John Surgery" and ACL reconstruction of the knee; clavicle fracture; and nonunion. Dr. Hsu is currently team physician for a variety of local high school sports teams. Outside of his practice, he enjoys cycling, fly-fishing and photography.
