22 doctors in 20 specialties honored by peers for exemplary character, ethics and competence


SEATTLE, WA (July 18, 2006) – Northwest Hospital & Medical Center today announced that 22 doctors affiliated with the hospital have been recognized among “Seattle’s Best Doctors” in the July 2006 issue of Seattle Metropolitan Magazine.

In the first of what will be an annual ranking, the magazine listed physicians in 77 specialties who were nominated through a survey of more than 5,000 of their peers in the Greater Seattle area. According to the magazine, “Seattle’s Best Doctors” are those whose “character, ethics and competence best embody the ideals of the profession.”
