Medical, dental and vision coverage is available to employees who work at least 24 hours per week. Part-time employees who work less than 24 hours a week may be eligible to purchase coverage.
Our medical plans offer a variety of healthcare options through the First Choice Health Network. Employees can choose from three different plans based on their own health needs and the needs of their eligible family members. In most plans, annual deductibles are waived for preventive care and prescription drugs.
Our plan, provided through Washington Dental Service (WDS), offers preventive, basic and major restorative coverage. In addition, employees have the option to purchase orthodontia coverage.
Available through the Vision Service Plan (VSP), employees can receive coverage for routine exams, prescription lenses and frames.
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
This pre-tax opportunity allows employees to set aside money from their paychecks to help cover the cost of medical expenses such as co-pays, over-the-counter medications and deductibles. Employees scheduled to work at least 16 hours per week are eligible to enroll.
