Register for Encrypted E-mail Access
When you first receive an encrypted e-mail from Northwest Hospital, the following message will appear in your inbox
Select view message, complete all the fields in the form provided, and then select continue.
Northwest Hospital uses the most secure option available for e-mail encryption – a combination of user address and an image. This dual authentication is similar to what is used for online banking. When prompted, select a picture for your secured account. Below is an example of the screen prompt that will appear.
To view the message, click on your inbox. Messages in the secure inbox will expire. Please reference the expiration dates as the message will no longer be available for viewing after that date.
Returning secure messenger users will be prompted to enter their password and choose the secure image they selected when they initially registered.
